The owners of this 30 year old Spanish colonial-style house were hoping for a more updated and fresh look, while still utilizing some of their heirloom furniture and decor. The architectural elements are very defined in this house, nevertheless the new uniform color pallet applied throughout the house, use of trending area rugs, new finishes and upholstery on some pieces of furniture, and updated decor accessories brought the desired effect.
