Meet Leila

Leila Scott holds a degree in Architectural Interior Design, with post-graduate studies in interior and furniture design in Italy. With a career spanning 13 countries, she has led residential and commercial projects and owned a custom furniture manufacturing facility with a retail showroom showcasing her designs.
 

After seven years in Europe, she settled in the Charlotte area in 2009. Her international experience, refined taste, and creative passion allow her to transform spaces with a distinct, balanced vision—always aligning design intent with each client’s goals.
 

An Accredited IAHSP® Professional Stager, she specializes in preparing properties for the market by enhancing visual appeal and optimizing flow. In collaboration with her husband, Steve Scott, a licensed Realtor with NorthGroup Realty, she combines design expertise with real estate strategy to help homes stand out and sell. This same focus extends to partnerships with real estate investor groups across North and South Carolina, providing design and staging solutions that maximize property value and market potential.
 

She also works with developers of luxury custom homes in Texas, offering architectural and interior design services from concept to completion, ensuring each residence reflects cohesive style and craftsmanship.
